Bilbao to Ipswich via The Ideal home show.

February and March are usually slow months for me, no shows to exhibit at and unpredictable weather which makes it hard to visit and photograph stadiums. Thankfully 2016 has been different. The end of February I treated myself to a trip to Bilbao, Northern Spain for three days of culture, football and some half decent red wine! The trip gave me the opportunity to visit and photograph Athletic Bilbao's impressive San Mamés stadium and  also to catch their Europa league match against Marseille. A great stadium, passionate fans and a 2.1 win on aggregate for Athletic made it an enjoyable evening. The rest of the trip was spent relaxing and visiting art galleries including the iconic Guggenheim museum. Being diverted to Bordeaux airport on the way home for an emergency landing (complete with fire engines greeting our approach) was not so relaxing ... but that is another story for another time!

March has also been a productive month. After a chance conversation on Twitter I will have my Portman Road montage sold in The Ipswich Town shop. This gave me the opportunity to re-photograph the ground, the new montage will be on this site very soon. I have also found myself exhibiting at The Ideal Home Show, London (from where I am writing this Blog) The show is on from March 17th - April 3rd. You can find me on the first floor, stand S129. And finally I got my new website up and running! ... I hope you like it!
